Who we are

MJ Manzini Holdings (Pty) Ltd (registration number 2026/429112/07) is the responsible party for the personal information described here. We operate two divisions — enterprise ICT solutions and property investment — and this notice covers both.

What we collect, and why

• Enquiries. When you submit a form we collect your name, email address, and where you provide them your phone number and company. We use these only to respond to you and to keep a record of the enquiry.
• Property. For rental applicants and tenants this can include identity, employment and income information and the outcome of an affordability check, because a landlord is entitled to make an informed decision. Supporting documents are stored privately.
• Website analytics. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint or track you across sites. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Cookies

We keep cookies to a minimum. The only browser storage we set is strictly necessary — a first-party session that keeps you signed in to a portal while you use it. We do not use advertising, profiling or cross-site tracking cookies, and our website analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) is cookieless and stores nothing on your device. The cookie notice on our sites lets you accept optional analytics or keep only what is essential; we remember your choice and honour “essential only” for anything non-essential we might add in future.

Where it is kept

Records are stored in our own databases on Cloudflare infrastructure. Sensitive documents — identity documents and driver documents — are held in a private store that is not publicly reachable and is served only to authenticated staff.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only where it is necessary to do the thing you asked for: with the driver assigned to your job, the person handling your enquiry, our email provider for notifications, and our payment provider for payments. Each receives the minimum needed for that task.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while they are being dealt with and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can pick up a conversation you return to. Transaction and financial records are kept for the periods required by South African tax and company law.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we are using it, and withdraw consent where our use is based on consent. Write to info@mjmanziniholdings.co.za and we will respond. If you are not satisfied you may complain to the Information Regulator (South Africa).

Security

The sites are served over HTTPS with a strict transport policy and a content security policy. Staff access is authenticated, role-restricted and revocable. Sensitive documents are never served from a public URL. No system is perfect; if we become aware of a breach affecting your information we will notify you and the Information Regulator as POPIA requires.

Changes

We update this notice when what we do with information changes. The date at the top reflects the current version.
