What this site is
An information and enquiry site. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it is professional, legal, financial or property advice. Quotes, estimates, prices, availability and calculator outputs are indicative and are not binding until confirmed in writing.
Services are governed by their own agreements
A removal is governed by the job confirmation and our service terms. A tenancy is governed by the signed lease. A sale is governed by the mandate and the offer to purchase. A software engagement is governed by the statement of work. Where any of those conflict with this page, they win.
Accuracy
We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or that it will always be available. Property listings, in particular, change; a listing appearing here or on our property portal is not a guarantee that it is still available.
Your use of the site
Do not use the site unlawfully, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it or our systems, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or submit false information through our forms. We rate-limit and log submissions to protect the service.
